“Black Printer cartridge for Epson CX6600 arrived low...”

Disappointing that Black Printer cartridge for Epson CX6600 arrived and reports low on ink. I have written and asked for replacement. This is inconvenient and time wasting. Unless I get a prompt replacement I will not be using this supplier again. This is a fundamental quality control issue therefore I would not recommend them to family or friends.

Also, I note their website asks for only 'glowing comments'. Negative views are directed to another email address. Bear this in mind when you read the reviews.
