Poor poor service and communication! Worst estate agents ever had to deal with as a tenant. the person I dealt with at the Wirral branch! So much for 15 years experience in estate agent management! Not learnt much within that time by the looks of it. Can't even put an email together. 15 years inexperience more like. Ignoring customers is shocking and more frustrating leading to bad reviews and complaints. Wish I knew who to complain to apart from the ombudsman several bad reviews on this website which obviously suggests you are not good at your jobs in pretty much every office
