None of their agents can speak English properly and I believe they have been specifically trained in not being helpful. One word answers to questions no help at all. I only needed to change the name of one traveller not cancel or change anything else and they will not let me do it.

DONT USE THEM THEY ARE USELESS UNHELPFUL IDIOTS
