“Missing Parcel”

Said my parcel was delivered through the letterbox although it was not. How could this be possible when I had ordered 10 items?????  the customer rep was blaming New Look and said that it was down to them to ensure it was delivered safely. Why them? Hermes was the deliverer. I am disgusted and will never use Hermes again knowingly. I managed to get a refund from a lovely customer service rep from New Look. I had also re-ordered my package and will be receiving it tomorrow, chosen next day delivery with DPD. Worst thing is that I'm due to go on holiday Friday and the clothes were meant to be ordered for that. I am absolutely disgusted with Hermes customer service. Absolutely shocking.

NEVER USE HERMES.
