“Algorithm Needs Sorting Out”

Dear Reviewcentre

your algorithm for top 5 companies in a category is totally flawed and does your customers no favours at all.

Take double glazing and conservatory companies as a heading

position 1 4.3/5 - surely your fake review software is better than this??
position 2 4.6/5 - company covering the South East
position 3 4.9/5 - company covering Manchester
position 4 2.6/5 - 2.6 come on Reviewcentre, how on earth is this a top 5 company???
position 5 4.5/5 - Local company covering Swindon with 8.8% of reviewers rating 1 or 2 star.

If I came onto reviewcentre and looked at the 5 "top" companies you have then I would run a mile from them and also your site.

I realise your algorithm is a secret, but in my opinion currently it is not fit for purpose
