“ Beware of signing up with these Charlatans!”

written by SecureEighty on 02/09/2015

Unscrupulous verging on fraudulent!
Customer service is not part of the ethos at Orange / EE / T-Mobile.

On the contrary, these people are out to skin you for as much as they can get away with. In April, I cancelled my contract to move to BT Mobile. However, EE only cancelled the mobile phone element of the contract, leaving the unused iPad SIM Card untouched.

Come September, and I received a Credit Agency Dunning Letter, demanding payment of £47.14 for the unused SIM Card.
Two hours on the telephone only resulted in increased Blood Pressure, and having to pay, under duress, the amount demanded, regardless of EE's arguments being full of holes.

Now I have to write to the Ombudsman Service to complain, and to seek recourse.
