Be careful with SIXT!!!
We rented a car in the early Auguest in Birmingham, UK. When we returned the car, the person said there was no problem and asked us to sign. I even asked when we can get a refund of the deposit. He said just in a few days. Then we found there was a new damage according to the document. Partially it's our fault that we didn't check the damages carefully when we rented and returned the car.
Supposed we did do a damage (a scratch) to the car, according to the damage and repairing report they sent us, the part that they repaired and charged for was not the new damage caused by us. It was really unfair and annonying! We argued and waited for a reply for days but couldn't do anything about it as they said they had already closed the file. So funny.
Even this happens only once, it will happen again.
