“Malta was great”

We were delighted with the organisation of our recent visit to Sananer Hotel, Malta. We experienced excellent customer service from Dial a Flight from the outset, organising not only hotel and flights, but transfers too which simplified things for us. We had follow up call prior to setting off to make sure everything was ok and a follow up email too. When we did need to contact them from abroad, our query was dealt with swiftly.
I was surprised at just how many tourists there were in Malta, but that did not stop us finding quiet things to do away from crowds. We were able to find some superb places to eat - we stayed in Bugibba/Qawra and made use of the local buses to get around having done an initial tour bus ride.
There was quite an active 'recruitment' drive by representatives seeking to get you to join holiday schemes, offering use of facilities at another hotel for the week if you just give up an hour of your time to look around and listen. We were approached in the street for example. Just something to be aware of and go into with your eyes open.
The local people were very friendly and we loved our trips into Valetta during the day and at night.
Plenty of water sports. We tried parasailing which was great.
