RAM Issue

General Comments
Ordered a laptop with 2GB Ram. I upgraded to 4GB Ram for a low cost. I was then called and told there are only 2 RAM slots in the machine already occupied by 2 x 1GB Ram. I was told i would only get 3 GB ram as i would have to remove 1GB and replace it with 2GB. They offered to fit this for a small fee so agreed. I later acknowledged what would happen to the Ram taken out. I received an email saying there is no refund on Ram and that it goes back into manufacturers stock. Very misleading in the description of the spec for laptop. Not happy!
