I took the option that included complete excess waiver, so in the event of an accident, you pay nothing! There is also no deposit taken at the rental counter.
However I was told I had to pay 50 pounds for cover before I could take the vehicle and I was promised somebody would investigate this and in the event I was covered without further payment according to the rental agreement the money would be returned to me, but still I have returned the vehicle and nobody as bothered to contact me.
Very poor customer care as still nobody can give me answers to my issue
