I ordered a simple bouquet of flowers for a birthday, I selected the next ay delivery but didn't pay extra as it didn't say that the next day delivery wasn't available. Email that evening to say that they had been despatched so I was pleased expecting them to be delivered on time. However this was not the case as they arrived the day after they were supposed too and the recipent was rightly confused as they had my name on the box, at the very least the correct name should have been on the box as well as some notification to let me know the were late. As for the tracking number in the email I had no idea where it was to be used as both the main debenhams website and the flower site did not register the tracking number! Better off using somewhere else - flowers are clearly not debenhams strong area!!
