documentation was not sent correct. names on transfer document were wrong and accommodation voucher did not open.accommodation voucher was sorted but did have to telephone after e-mail you. transfer voucher took 2 e-mails and phone calls before it was sent to my e-mail but could not be printed for some reason[,i had printed other e-mails before]asked for it to be sent to manage my booking but it wasnt
