“Good vehicle, difficult gas policy”

The vehicle was fine, clean, worked well. We were told on pickup that we were being charged 30 pounds 'for gas.' We were not told that we could return the vehicle with an empty tank. When we returned the vehicle with a full tank, we were not offered a refund.
