Again...another negative review. We did not receive the Meet and Greet Voucher and Hilton were unable to give me details, we had no choice but to make alternative plans to park. The only number I had to contact them was an automated message. So we had to pay the £180-00 "Meet and Greet" and then another £61-00 to park at long term parking at Gatwick. They refused to accept any responsibility and expect their customers to chase for what they have already paid for. They are now ignoring my emails and have deleted my negative review off their Facebook page. With this many negative reviews I am wondering if Watchdog should be contacted!!!
