friend gave me a galaxy s4 that was locked on bell mobility
called them , they gave me this website to try ,
bell was charging me 75 $ for an unlock code
got it for 35 $ canadian (25/usd)

and as promised they say anywere from 1 to 24 hours,
took 16-17 hours. got 3 messages confirming payment, that the order was being processed, and then one with the code.
also received a mail the day after to make sure everything went fine.

overall great service.
