“Don't knock it until you try it!”

I decided to try this kickboxing class with my sister only because of special deal they were offering: 3 classes for $19.99 AND you get to keep the gloves! I was going to just do the 3 xlassea and move on. Although I barely got through the first 15 minutes, let alone the whole class, I was hooked! The instructors are amazing! You never feel left out or out of place. There are all sizes and fitness levels. You are your only competition!I signed up for a membersship after the first day of class! The hour goes by fast and you burn some serious calories! I highly recommend ilovekickboxing.com Cedar Park. It's top notch!
