“Broadband and phone and utilities together”

When I was sold the package, I bought the cash card which makes a charge of £2 per month (one for me and one for the wife). However, I hardly ever used it as many of the stores I did not go to but also my own bank would give me up to 3% cashback anyway. It was also a hassle to rememebr to transfer funds over and sometimes have money sitting about in the cashback card fund doing nothing. I emailed several time to cancel my card to no avail. Last week I called up and spoke to a nice person who agreed to cancel the card on the spot - so this was good and rectified on the spot.

Broadband is important to me. When I first got the router box, service was poor and a lot worse than my previous provider. It got a little better after a couple of phone calls. However, I am not convinced the service is that good and will consider moving provider.

Comparison of utilities costs. Are they really the cheapest?
