“Room for improvement of communcation skills.”

Person dealing with my call spoke too fast (gabbled) so that I had difficulty understanding the detail. This is IMPORTANT. Clear communication of questions and answers is vital to ensure that mistakes are not made.
The charge of £35.00 simply to change to a different car is, I feel, unduly expensive.
