By and large I am satisfied with Utility Warehouse, they give a good service, electricity, gas, phone, mobile and broadband. On the rare occasions I have not been perfectly happy is when say, you estimate usage, on one occasion, the usage before that was adequate, but you reduced the estimation and before any length of time, because the estimated figure was so low, amounts were stockpiling to the extent I was I think in the debt, owing £100/£200 to you. When I queried the large amount and spoke to one of your supervisors, advising of the situation, I was told this amount was because I had used a lot more than estimated. When I queried the large amount owing, I was told this amount is done by computer. I get very frustrated with calls of this nature and at the time, I really could not say that the estimated amounts equalled a realistic figure.
