“Worst Customer service!”

Despite having my order a week in advance and having my mobile phone number, I casually noticed an email at 9.30 am on the day of expected delivery that just said -
I’m really sorry to inform you that only member florist on the given location is on holiday today and we are unable to deliver your order as requested. If Acceptable we can send the item tomorrow. We would be grateful if you contact us on how would you like us to proceed with this order.-

I contacted them where a member of staff was very dismissive and in fact told me a completely different story that their flower delivery had not arrived. I explained that the order was for a silver wedding anniversary and no, the next day would not be acceptable and wasn't there another florist that could take the order. I was told any others were out of the area. There was no interest, not concern that as a customer I was being let down, in fact the only other thing she said was " I'll refund your money shall I?" as if I had an option.
Sadly this is not the first time Interflora have let me down. I will be using another company from now on!
