“I didn't received the service and the company deny...”

This is the worst company to use ever, 

I booked a transfer with them on the 10th of August 2015, the transfer was booked at 16:00hr in Ravello, I waited for the driver more than 45 min, I called the emergency number their provided and I didnt got any response as this was a mobile phone was turned off!

I called the office in London, they told me they couldnt not do anything I need to call bak again the emergency number.

After this backs and forwards was already 1 hour late from the pick up time 15:30, was then 16;30hr I had my flight at 19:00hr and I had to travel 1:45 from Ravello to Naples and then pass through security, I was in danger to miss my flight, I didnt found the driver, I had to wire money from my account find another taxi more expensive and go by myself late to the airport.

I called then on my return to them requesting refund and they told me the driver was there waiting for me 3 hours, note the driver never attempt to call me and they told me no I wont get refund!

at the end I spent €350 euro for 1 transfer because this company let me down!!
