“Hit & Miss”

I joined Utility Warehouse over a year ago and was at first quite happy, but since then have become rather annoyed with there mobile phone service. Firstly they do not sell bolt-ons as most other providers do. This therefore means if you are going abroad it will cost an arm and a leg to use your phone, this is tne same with texts and internet. take a mobile phone abroad on there network and you'll be paying a fortune. Next there Broadband. I decided to take there so called ultra fast broadband telling me i would get 79 megs for £19.99 a month and yet I am only just getting 25 megs less than a third. I just wish I had looked into there service more than I did instead of falling for there stories.
