I have just placed yet another order through Bloomex. This my third. The first time I randomly tried them on line. It was easy to use, had good prices and the recipient of the bouquet was thrilled. I tried again. The second time the recipient never said a word. I realized they never received the bouquet. I called Bloomex customer service in a panic. They IMMEDIATELY did a full investigation and despite the delivery company saying it was delivered they rushed a reorder with an upgrade (or offered a full refund) and had me double check the address. At first I thought it was all good but then I realized it was my mistake!!! My friends had moved and I did not know. Bloomex helped me redo my order and apologized for asking me to pay shipping ONLY! It was my mistake and yet they treated like gold and helped me fix my problem. I have not seen any of the bouquets (wish they could email a photo of it being dropped off! ;p ) but both recipients were so thrilled so I will take their word for it. I am sold on this company. I only this time around noticed a bunch of bad reviews, focused on bad customer service (from 2014) so I am going to guess they have drastically improved their customer service or perhaps it was a problematic employee who is gone? I am very impressed with how I have been treated and happy to make Blomex my "go to" floral delivery company. Each order is easier than the last and they always have special rates available. Very pleased.
