“Awful Company”

I would give this company zero stars however there isn't the function for that. This company is waiting to apply as many additional charges as they can to you. Don't take insurance out with them or any of their other products as they will sting you with rising prices and extortionate cancellation fees. I and my partner had bought car insurance with this company for a good price - but were called the next day to say that grove and dean believe our car is parked in a public car park. This is not the case - our car is parked in our own allocated parking space within a private residential estate. Because grove and dean believe our car is parked in a public car park they want to raise our insurance by another £500. Not going to happen. Terrible company and awful service when speaking to them.
