First Time I have ever felt with this kind of situation, & was very pleased to have been allocated a fabulous staff member to help me through my application, I had no questions un answered, & was never made to feel as if anything I asked or wanted was a bother. The customer service was brilliant. He rang regularly to let me know where my finance application was up to, as the finance company and car finance 24 7 wanted documents such as bank statements and pay slips prove of ID etc I had no idea you could download a scanner on to my iphone. He talked me through step by step and gave me advice on which scanner to download. Just the little things make a big difference. Thank you for the help you gave me in purchasing my new cannot wait to pick it up! Very happy customer.
