“Avoid or prepare to never be able to leave ”

After reading the reviews looks like I'm not the only ones having problems. I cancelled in July was told my last payment would come out end of July so once it did I cancelled my direct debit since then I have been hounded my harlands telling me to reinstate my direct debit and threatening £25 admin fees I have sent 8 emails to both xercise 4 less and harlands asking them to sort this xercise 4 less to date have completely ignored me and harlands replied saying email xercise for less. Today I come home to find another letter 1, apparently saying I haven't contacted them
(My 8 emails obviously werent enough) and thst I now owe £25 admin fee on top for August payment. I have replied to both again as its not possible to ring them as they only work 9-1 then 2-5 Monday to Friday how nice for them. I am now going to seek legal advjse to ensure this doesn't effect my credit rating. Absolutely appalling customer service from both companies who obviously don't communicate with one another and try to threaten you with fines because of it. If I do not get a reply tomorrow I will go and speak to manager directly which is a complete waste of my time for what should be a simple process of cancelling a membership. I must add ive had the membership over 12 months so am within my right to cancel
