“Fantastic service all round”

We have been into the shop, browsed online and ordered over the phone. Everyone we have spoken to has been really friendly and helpful. The people in the shop were available when you needed help but didn't push you into buying anything you didn't want. The lady I spoke to on the phone was fantastic and really patient, waited for me to speak with my partner on another line so we could decide on which chair we wanted and she was fine with it. She didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want and was helpful and friendly all the way through. Can't wait to receive my settee as I know it is going to be perfect!!
