“I had such a great experience with senior tech agent..”

I only wish that I could remember his name , to give him full credit, for being so patient, and speaking to me in laymen's terms, like I was his only customer. However, he did work on my pc on August 24, during the evening.

Kudos to guruaid for such friendly, awesome, problem solvers on their staff.
Furthermore, guruaid has gotten a bad rap , by some reviewers, for hard sale of products, or extension of contracts.

That was not my case with this support agent, although he offered me a great deal, but he did not push it once he understood my financial situation.
I appreciated his understanding and will always recommend guruaid, as their support is much less expensive than taking your pc to Geek Squad, for repairs.
They solve everything, remotely, and all for the price of one service by Geek Squad, or other independent pc retailer.
I get this service for a whole year, 24/7. No limits on how many times I reach out for help.
The tech totally repaired my Window's 7 op system, and solved the permissions issues that I was having regarding photo transfers to Lightroom5.
