“Awful Service -Don't Order”

Ordered Shower, specified that it would be with us a couple of weeks ago, didn't arrive. when i spent over an hour trying to get through to them, they just told me that they are under a lot of pressure at the moment as they have received a lot of orders this week (even though these were placed after my delivery date??) they said there was nothing they could do. After speaking with someone on chat, they said they could prioritise the order by speaking to the delivery team (Why couldn't the person on the phone do this?); shower arrived 3 days later - BROKEN. After spending another 50 minutes on hold trying to get through to someone, they wanted me to send them pics of the broken item - which i sent through. they told me they could send a replacement, but would take a further 3 days to arrive - BUT i could order a brand new one and get it delivered the next day IF i upgraded to next day delivery?! so I had to PAY MORE to get my item nearly two weeks late, without them even offering to pay for the upgraded delivery or anything. They told me i could throw away the initial item - not even return it, how wasteful. they could send back the item to their manufacturers to refurnish surely?? In the end we had to return the item as nowhere on the specifications does it state the actual height of the whole kit, so it was too big. They won't pick up a return, so we had to spend a further 20 quid to send it back to them, which i have tracked and they have received, but apparently will take a further 10 Working Days to get my refund.

TL;DR? - DONT USE - AWFUL SERVICE
