“Fuming with anger”

RCIB Provided me with one of the cheapest offer I could get online. Having spent ridiculous amount of hours looking for reliable and reasonable priced insurance company, I realised that almost everyone had something Not so good about all insurance companies. Did intensive research and read numerous reviews. In the end I decided not to take heed of people's reviews and go for RCIB. THIS WAS A BIG MISTAKE! . The man I spoke to was rude right from the very word he spoke, I kept being patient with him. In the end he says, because you have stated your residential car park as driveway and not car park - the premium is going up by 100pounds! Obnoxious... He wasn't letting me speak and kept raising his voice until I lost my bit as well. Hang on you... I am your customer and it's my money so who the hell are you to speak that way to me... You are getting paid to help your customers and not for us to listen to your nonsense!
