“What a joke!”

Whats the deal with next day delivery as they advertise? You'd be hard pushed to find anything that isn't on a 3-7 week delay, and with several items, I've waited until they come into stock and they've suddenly sold out! Is the directory becoming more of a reserve for later system? I have noticed that they dont wait to put the delayed items on your bill. What a cheek!
I've always used the directory and really enjoyed the service, for example going out at the weekend, order a few bits to pick up and try on the next day, not anymore, you'd need to order at least a month before and then if its anything half decent it will be sold out before it even arrives in stock. What a joke. How can they advertise a service they no longer provide!
