“Great customer service”

I ordered a print and when it came the fame was bowed so that it did not sit flat against the wall. I contacted their customer service and they not only sent out a replacement but they let me change one of the pictures because it was a little blurry when blown up that large. They were great to deal with and I will continue to use them.
