“Be careful checking your a/c if finished paying off”

Just finished paying off my loan. Went to online account to check that this was recognised at P2P end, but instead of my normal logon screen it went straight to a screen saying that my application has been declined!!!

I'm now worried that this has done a credit check against my credit record - don't really need any more - but quite annoyed that this little check has been done without my knowledge. So be careful, folks.....
