“NEVER EVER AGAIN”

If anyone is thinking about booking Resort Hoppa please DO NOT until you read our experience. When we arrived at the airport we were sent to 2 different counters then taken outside were we waited 35 mins for the vehicle to turn up. We paid them £47.88 even though a taxi is only appox £32, as we wanted someone reliable waiting for us when we arrived for a private transfer, after reading all the promises they make ie someone waiting for you, vehicles under 5 years old, easy to contact in case or problems etc. When the vehicle finally arrived (40 mins after us) it was the oldest rust covered 12 seater mini bus I have ever seen. After sending them 15 email (with phots of mini bus)and making 3 phone call which take at least 15 mins to be answered 14 days later they have offered me 20% discount off my next booking, which on reflection of this appalling service I will never use.
