“Charles Church - Persimmon appalling customer care”

Bought a Charles Church house (owned by Persimmon) in Pembrokeshire, and I have to say the house itself is ok we have not able to get any of our issues resolved!

Don't bother paying for kitchen upgrades as they don't use proper kitchen fitters they just use their cheaper contractors to install and as you can probably guess they make a right mess of it, in the few occasions when hey have comeback they actually cause more damage.

This has been going on for 2 years even on moving in we pointed out issues none of which scenery resolved fully. The NHBC have been dealing with this for the last 9 months and it's still not resolved,

The customer care offered by persimmon / Charles church in particular the so called customer care manager) and the Persimmon West Wales Director is pathetic!

Charles Church chase you for their customer review with the NHBC - don't do it because as soon as it's done you don't want anymore to do with you! If Carlsberg did houses it would be a Persimmon / Charles Church house!
