“Not the greatest of systems”

It appears that the O2 recycle system is not the best; despite receiving notification that I'd been paid for the phone that had been received, and actually have the money in my bank, I now keep getting notifications that my recycle agreed amount has expired and I won't get the full amount any more. Pretty annoying.

But a fair price for my phone and an easy process to follow. Quick payment once my phone had been received.

But please - sort out the chasing emails and texts. You've already paid me.
