“Poor service - poor response ”

My taxi turned up an hour late - the reason I booked a transfer in the first place was due to time restrictions and the fact that I wanted a transfer waiting so I didn't have to go to the normal taxi rank. Not only did it take over an hour for it to turn up but when I called the contact number I had someone tell me it would be 6 mins - 20 mins later when I called again I had a rather rude operator who gave me no information and put me on hold for over ten minutes.

The taxi driver was very apologetic and kind when he turned up but the service on the phone was awful and I missed my appointment due to the late service - I wasn't contacted and had to follow it up myself.

I also wrote an email to give my feedback and received no response - I do not recommend this service
