“Smashed to smithereens ”

I ordered the very nice looking high level toilet and cistern. Good delivery in date requested but on opening both the cistern and toilet pan were in a 100 pieces. They had obviously been dropped from a great height to cause this damage. I contacted the local branch who told me to ring customer services. They did arrange collection of my order but unfortunately I was taking this particular toil out to use in my house in France. We couldn't wait for another delivery so had to ask for a refund. Today I receive this review request after hearing nothing back for five days after the collection of my order. I have had no email confirmation or cof rimstion that my refund is being out in place. Don't think the customer services is up to much so far, I am waking a few more days before k get back in touch to find out what happening let's hope they pull their finger out
