“Reassure rip off”

I had an endowment Policy with reassure & the short fall when the policy was matured after 25 years was £20,000 my mortgage was only £40,000 when I contacted them their answer was hard luck. I cancelled my policy with them and asked for the money I had invested to be transferred into my bank
Over a week later I received forms to sign & fill in sending them off over a week later, another form telling me my signature was not the same as of 15 years ago does it really matter when the money is being paid into the same bank account that reassure have been robbing for 15 years.
I phoned them & did various security checks & my wife had to do the same after 20 minutes they said I will have to wait another 5 day's how long to credit an account 5 days plus, still waiting.
Directors must be earning over £150,000 & my Endowment earned me no interest what so ever
