“Where is the 0 stars option?”

WORST SERVICE EVER! Every time scale I've been given has been wrong, they give you shockingly low prices for you items to start with then lower the value upon receiving them for completely made up reasons and, six weeks later, I'm still waiting on payment. Apparently payment has been made (late) and is still clearing through my bank however they have point blank refused to email me with confirmation of this. They are also denying things they said in previous emails and simply being as awkward as possible. I'm a big fan of good customer service and can honestly say I wish I'd just given my stuff away for free. DO NOT USE!
