“Not for the faint-hearted”

Yes, it does all the things it's supposed to do, but its user interface is far from intuitive and I often have to seek advice from my colleague/guru. When he's not available I set up a support ticket and this always produces an acceptably fast response, though it sometimes requires follow-ups for further clarification.
