I am ordering equipment to be delivered to me in Azerbaijan. It's great that Go Outdoors can deliver to Azerbaijan as many suppliers don't. However, after making sure all of the equipment I wanted was available and also could be delivered to Azerbaijan I placed my order and was told by the website my kit would arrive about 14 days later (not bad). A couple of days before the due delivery date I went on the website to check the status of my order (expecting to see it as dispatched). Instead it was sitting at 'picking'. I sent an email to Go outdoors asking if there was an issue. Response was that the sleeping bags I had ordered weren't available (despite being shown as available at time of ordering). The rep said they were sorry and would send the rest of the order out without the bags (useful...a tent sleeping mats and no bags!). I requested option to hold order to allow me to order bags that were in stock. A week later got a response saying sorry, bags could be ordered separately and delivery charge would be waived (not ideal but a good outcome). A couple of days later I then get an email saying the whole order has been cancelled (no reason given). Joy! I went onto the website to find my original order still in 'picking' mode. So I cancelled that one and have put a new order in for a tent, 3 mats, and 3 bags (different ones again). Fingers crossed this time we'll have success. It's great that Go Outdoors can deliver to so many countries, only issue is once your order is in, it's not clear what you'll get or even if you'll get it!
