“Excellent service”

Petplan actually checked back on a previous closed claim, so that i didnt have to pay the excess on a second claim two months later. I was not 100% sure it was going to be classed as a continuation,so was impressed that time was taken to check. Very helpful to have the claim log on line so can check on updates 24/7. Did ring to speak to a handler and they were also very helpful
