“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!”

We ordered a ceiling extractor fan which arrived with perfect packaging. After opening it up we found it to be damaged and looked as if it had been installed before. The company point blank refused to take it back or give us a refund/ replacement as we were slightly out of the 14day return period. Absolubtely disgusting service we feel robbed. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!! Wish we'd seen all the terrible reviews first before even entertaining purchasing from them.
