“Awful. Dreadful. Careless”

I was insured with markerstudy through a broker, after a couple of years my insurance got cancelled. 2 months before policy renewal a broker sent a request for a proof of address, I found this request in my spam email address, it was 10 days old, I sent it immediately, but apparently it was too late. There was no fraud, payments were made on time. I used to pay 350 a year, now I pay 850. I'm pretty sure they just wanted to get rid of non profitable customers. But their action will cost me tens of thousands, because this cancellation will be with me for the rest of my life.
