“Stole my Phone”

I sold my old LG phone to iGadgetsRecycled for £25, I sent it off, but they did not accept it as it was not in a good enough condition, so they told me they would return it in a few days. It has been a long time since they told me that and I have contacted several times, yet no one will help me.
