“Frustrating experience”

After reading all those wonderful reviews and having bad experience with Italian sunglasses dealer, I decided to order Fendi Iridia Sunglasses from Pretavoir. Their price was not cheap(GBP 209) and after price matching with other web sites, the customer service informed me that price matching was possible only with British authorised dealers and confirmed availability of my desired item. Pretavoir price was higher but again because of pleasant customer service I decided to give it a try.
After my order was completed and my credit card was authorised/charged, the Customer service returned to me after a couple of hours saying that my item is out of stock and because of their STOCK DISCREPANCY, I need to choose another colour of my item. Really? Of course the other colours do not suit me and why should I order other colour if I have made an order for this one?
The refund was processed and because of the bank exchange rates I lost GBP16 because of Pretavoir stupid stock system or because their staff can not confirm the UNAVAILABILITY of the item to the customer.
Will not recommend pretavoir.
