“Worst company ever!”

On many of occasions I have found this company a joke the first 6 months iv had no problem at all but wen the pay date in my new job changed they were very unhelpful and told me the can't change the payment date to wen I wanted but wen I was left with no choice not to pay my car insurance they were all of a sudden helpful saying they can change my payments to wen I wanted but I had to pay £55 pound in late payment fees and change of payment date! As well as being told on numerous occasions that some one from the management will ring me within the hour only to receive No calls!! This company is a joke stay as far away from them as possible
