General Comments
I was away on business, and I had eaten in several TGI's with my family over the years, in both the UK and the States.

When I arrived at the Reading branch, I was greeted by a waiter who seemed to think he was on the West End stage, and he was extremely full of himself, and very annoying.

I placed my order, and after waiting for twenty minutes, I was advised they were out of their signature sauce.

I reselected, only to be told they could do it after all. When it eventually turned up, they had obviously found a bottle of it somewhere, and scraped what little there was left of it over the food.

They later went on to tell me that they could not do the main course. That is when I asked for my bill so far, and asked for directions to the nearest MacDonald's.

I think I can honestly say this is the worst restaurant I have ever been in.
