“Safer Food Handler Review”

I found the course very easy to follow, and was extremely informative and interesting. In the future i will be doing more courses with yourselves.

I will be using the information learnt and putting this into practice when working with food. The course has highlighted many things to me, such as... cross contamination, how to handle food and best practices within the kitchen area.

I can honestly say I didn't dislike and part of the course and really enjoyed doing it.
I understand the importance of what i have learnt from the course and will be putting this into action whilst I'm at work.
